faktoree holds production data: what you make, how much, when the line stops and why. That is sensitive information about your business. Here is exactly what we do with it.

Isolated per company
Each company sees only its own data. Isolation does not rely on a setting someone might forget: the database itself enforces it, underneath the application, and we verify it with every change. If your IT team wants the detail: PostgreSQL with row-level security.

Data stays in the EU
The servers are in the European Union and your production data stays there, under GDPR.

Nothing to install on your shop floor
No sensors, no mandatory tablets, no readers, no server in the office cupboard. faktoree runs in the browser. If your plant works on paper, it keeps working on paper.

GDPR by default
Explicit consent where it belongs, limited retention, and real deletion when you close your account. No keeping things around just in case.

Your data leaves whenever you want
PDF and Excel export from day one, and no lock-in. If you leave, you leave with your data. A product that keeps customers by holding their data hostage is a bad product.

Access by organisation
Everyone signs in with their own account and sees exactly what they should, and all traffic is encrypted. No shared accounts, no passwords taped to the monitor.
What we will not tell you
We do not sell certifications we do not hold, and we do not call a mark-recognition algorithm “AI”. If you need a formal audit before you can buy, tell us and we will talk about what it takes — but you will not read a badge here that does not exist.
