Which personal data we collect on faktoree.com, what we use it for and the rights you have over it. Written to be read, not to tick a box.
Data controller
The controller of the data collected on this site is faktoree. For any question about your data, email hola@faktoree.com.
Which data we collect
You can read the whole site without giving us anything. We only collect personal data when you hand it to us:
- The “report to insight” form asks for your name, company, email, sector and rough report volume.
- If you email us, we process your address and the content of the message, including the production report if you attach one — which is why we ask you to send it with names blanked out.
What we use it for
One thing only: answering your request and showing you what faktoree would extract from your report. We do not add you to any mailing list, we do not send you advertising, and we do not hand your data to third parties for their own purposes.
Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the form's checkbox or by writing to us of your own accord. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing hola@faktoree.com, without affecting what was processed before.
Who processes your data on our behalf
We do not sell or share your data. To run the site we use two providers acting as data processors:
- Cloudflare serves the site (hosting and CDN) and its cookieless analytics.
- Resend delivers the form's data to our inbox by email.
International transfers
These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. When they do, the transfer is covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
For as long as the conversation you started lasts. If you do not become a customer, we delete your data at most twelve months after the last contact. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by emailing hola@faktoree.com.
If you believe we are not treating your data as we should, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD (aepd.es).
Cookieless analytics
We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies or browser identifiers and cannot tell who you are. The details are in the cookie policy.

This policy covers the faktoree.com website. The application at app.faktoree.com, where the service runs, informs separately about how customer companies' data is processed.
